Sunroof -- How to fabricate metal replacement?
I have a classic SE-R, and I pulled the sunroof out and replaced it with a sheet of aluminum. The problem is I riveted it in place.
It holds great, no leaks, etc, BUT I have these scarry looking jagged rivets 2'' from my head!!! There's got to be a safer way to do this???
How does everyone else attach their sunroof replacement?

on a mycar its pretty easy..
pop out windshield
remove rear hatch
remove gutter strips
drill out spot welds.
put new panel in and revers what you did taking it out

He had his car with a sunroof as a race car, then the roof got messed up. So he replaced it.
