Just finished GSR swap, won't start, clutch problem
Just finished putting a GSR into my 95 EX. Everything in, get in to start the car, and the clutch pedal drops to the floor. Turn the key anyways and everthing electrical comes on, but when trying to start it, its just like you were trying to without the clutch pushed in. We tried bleeding the lines by opening slave cylinder and pumping the clutch, but it didn't seem to help.
Also noticed that the slave cylinder is putting very little pressure on the fork, but there is some there.
What could be going on? I'm thinking that the pedal isn't adjusted right. But is this likely, since I'm also using the same slave cylinder as on my civic on the GSR? Somebody help me get this car running. Thanks a bunch!

I don't think your clutch slave cylinder ***** is pushing on the fork correctly.
You can try feeling through the boot to see if it's correctly aligned.
If not, remove the rubber boot that seals the clutch slave cylinder engagement area and check to see that it matches up.
You might have to remove the clutch slave from the tranny to give you more room.

I did bleed the lines, but not the way the helms manual says, which is hooking a hose up and putting it in a containing of brake fluid, then pumping the pedal. I only opened the slave cylinder and pumped the pedal.

Problem solved: Slave cylinder wasnt bolted down right, corrected that, bled the lines, clutch works perfect. Also, started cable wasnt connected. Doh. Now I have another problem which I posted about. Help me out please
