a good header, a tuning device and you're set for exterior.

You're half right. Cheap headers do next to nothing. Good headers, like RMF, can gain up to 15whp with good tuning

what is a better intake manifold Skunk2 or edelbrock? and would a throttlebody and intake manifold help me to get power at this stage of my build with this engine?

I say get a good header, high-flow cat, 8lb flywheel, some lightweight wheels and a good suspension setup.......to start with.

if you put say a 100 shot on a stock engine what should you do about the ecu....leave it, chip it, or gt a new one.

well,

100 on stock internal is very doable, just needs a lot of tuning and probably some ignition work. Since a VAFC will most likely not be enough, i would go with crome or hondata, in which case the p13 wont work and you will need a p28 or p72......

now i have no idea how honda computers work. is crome or hondata a chip or an engine management system? and im asuming p28 or p72 is the ecu itself. and when you say tuning are you taking about air/fuel ratios and ignition timing. the only place where i live that i know of tunes is a muscle shop, i talked to a guy that had his silvia tuned there and he said all they would do is air/fuel.....im lost, but i want nitrous.
