IACV trigger a MAP sensor CEL?

i have a code 3, 5 which is a map sensor issue. changed out the map sensor and i still have the codes. can a clogged IACV cause this? how can i repair it?, i also heard i can clean it out, is it true?

pull off the iac and clean the screen in there.
