Default Need to retrq Headstuds, necessary to remove Tbelt/Crank Pulley?

I think my head maybe lifting a bit under boost, i have little drops of oil in my coolant, but no milkshake action yet. I have ARP's and about the 2nd time the head has been off/on but they havn't been retrqed since i got some head work done last.

Motor: b18c5, je/eagle, darton, cometic gasket, arp hs.

So im going to retrq them but my question is do i really need to remove the Tbelt/crank? Is it necessary or will taking it off just make the job easier?

thanks

EDIT: I know the Tbelt has to come off the gears, but im talking about completely removing the Tbelt as opposed to just sliding it off the gears and leaving the rest of the Tbelt strung through the crank/waterpump/tensioner.

You can leave it intact and sitting there
Just as long as you setup your timing later it will be perfectly fine

awesome just what i wanted to hear!

im going to set #1 to tdc via crank pulley marks and marks on the cam gears,
remove cams w/ gears attached, and then when im done with tq headstud, i place the cams and gears back at tdc marks and i should be ok, correct? i'll hit it with the timing gun also.

thanks again
