So I have decided to swap out my old diff fluid for syncromesh, I drained all the old fluid, now how much will it take to fill it back up? How do you know when it is full? Thanks for the help.

man this has been covered before......many times
anyways if you know where to drain, look about 2 inches above that and unscrew that plug. find a funnel/tube/etc to fill in about 2 more quarts
oh and remember to tighten the drain plug before you filll in

If the tranny is completely drained, it will require 1.9 Quarts of oil.
To know when the dranny is full, oil will start dripping out from the place where you fill it up from.
Don't buy the GM Synchromesh. Buy Penzoil. It's exactly the same as GM, just cheaper.
