do i need to replace my thortle cable to run the ITR intake mani with my b16

 

no you shouldnt have to, I have a friend with a 99 Si with a 98 spec r and he said the cable bracket was no problem, reason I asked because I have to extend the bracket for my throttle cable on my B16a, this is in a 00 EX coupe just for reference, but dont rule it out, keep it in your head that I could be a problem.

Often times, you can stretch the metal to fit, which is what I did, 3 bucks at my local muffler shop.
