throttle cable/backet info question???
I have a ITR manifold with a cable bracket that says P2T on it. The cable and bracket fits perfect, OEM fitting.
now I got a ITR throttle cable but it's too long, so I had to use a B20 bracket to RIG it.
Does anyone know if ITR cable is different then B16?? Or what is the code name on the ITR cable bracket?
thanks

You should have a bracket that says P72 or P73. I think it's the 72 for the type r...80% sure, u can get those at the dealer or go here http://www.acuraparts247.com

alright. nevermind. I solved my problem.
you have to use a ITR bracket if you buy a ITR thorttle cable
same as if you buy a B16 bracket you need the b16 throttle cable.
the b16 setup is $11 cheaper then the ITR setup. Works the same but just because it's got a different finish on the ITR parts and it's ACURA it cost more.
Another way for Honda to make more money
