Default Best Oil?

What is the best oil to use on my integra? What is the best brand, weight, changing interval? I currentlyuse 5w-30, and a Fram Filter. I change the oil every 3,000 miles. I plan on using Mobil 1 5w-30 and a Fram filter. I heard you can keep synthetic oil longer than conventional motor oil.

Choice oil for my car is only royal purple 5w30, although I'd only use it on a motor with low miles, its so slick that it tends to let loose a lot of build up in the motor which in turn can cause some blocked leaks if non synthetic has been used for a while.

I run Mobil 1 synthetic 5w-30. I prefer the oem Honda filter, or the Hamp filter.
