Try running RCA's on one side and power ground and remote wire on the other side of the car. I have had no problem with any system I did once I did this, but when I put the RCA's on the side with the power wire I get the "rpm noise" you are gettting.

Also, make sure you ground to a good spot maybe shock tower bolt or something if it's in the trunk and make sure to scrape/sand paint away so you get a bare metal surface, makes a big difference usually.

You have 2 noise problems the "sssssssssssssss" is probably system noise, gains on amp too high, the other is alternator whine and can be caused by a number of things or a combination of things.
The first thing I would check is the amps ground, where and how is it grounded, how long is the ground lead?

Power for amp should be run down the batt. side of car.

RCAs should be kept away from the power cable or any power wires as much as possible, run them down center of car.

Again, another Pioneer HU with noise problems when connected to a diff. brand amp. 94

I found it way too much work to run stuff down the center hump.. also there isn't much room there... so power is down the driverside.. and rcas/speakers down the pass...

why not the other way around?? fuel pump wire is on the driverside.. so are alot of other wires... but their all lower voltage come to think of it
