Default alarm question....

why does my car alarm warning chirp go off when a frekin airplane fly's over?? its rEALLY annoying at night. i have to get up at like 3 oclock and walk to the car turn off the alarm lock door with key and have no alarm just manual locked doors. that or just unlock the car from my room in my warm BED that i dont want to get out of, and let it sit fully unlocked. ( just to keep that damn warning chirp to stop)

sooooo..... does anyone know how to fix this problem

p.s. i have NO clue where to look to find out what kind of alarm i have. as i bought the car used

well just try to look for a little thing where your alarm is installed and it should have a little thing that says min....max... and just adjust it to min... making it not to sensitive.

See if you can trace any of the wires back to an external shock sensor. If the shock sensor doesn't have an adjustment ****, just unplug it. The alarm will still go off when someone tries to open your doors or start your ignition. It's better than nothing.
