Got a alarm about 2 months ago and sometimes i forget to turn my alarm on.
I was wondering how to you tune your alarm so that it will arm itself after a certain period of time? I think i have a clifford alarm I am not sure and i lost the manual

 

The feature you want is called Passive Arming.

 

How can i enable this feature?

 

find out the name of the alarm company and download the manual.

 

i dont recommend it.. what if you left your keys in the car and the car locks the doors..?

 

i have an extra key in my wallet and my gf does to so yeah does anyone know at all? the alarm company starts with a "f" thats all i know it has a big logo of a F on the alarm

 

it can be good sometimes but make sure you have an extra transmitter or key. cause i will leave my keys in my car sometimes in my garage with the windows up and my car arms and locks after 30 seconds. i keep an extra transmitter in my room. luckily i have only had this happen one time away from home but i had the window down.

you are gonna wanna get into valet mode and turn passive arming on. your manual should tell you.
