i have an aem cai i was thinking of getting the password jdm intake caise my air bypass valve is torn. should i just go ahead and get the jdm intake or just by the bypass valve for the cai??? what are the differences in power/performance between the two intakes???
i have a short ram intake with 3" pipe
a short ram with 2.5" pipe
and a cold air with 2.5" pipe
they all perform the same, none of them has any difference whats so ever, except the CAI is quieter, just do whatever suits you, in this case its making sure you dont hydrolock i guess

Just get a new bypass valve, cheaper than getting the password JDM intake. Why spend $$$ on parts you already have??
Unless you get rid of the AEM then get the Password JDM intake instead cause it looks better, that is if you are about looks.
