Prefereably 92-95 but of you have 96-00 post em anyway. My underhood temps are crazy with this turbo.

Doesnt the washer trick only pull cool air in? the heat source is the turbo up front, so Im sure the intake will be cooler but what about the front end of the engine bay? the turbo is also affecting my a/c

maybe a "Monster Sport" style hood would do the trick.

I would say that is lets heat out....therefore more air in....
