Default hello everyone!!!- couple of technical questions-

hello people!
Im new to the forum- fresh from the rtoc (Renault Turbo Owners Club). Ihave owned a prelude vtec for a year now as a road car, recently the car was written off (rear ended!) so the engine is intact but the rest of the car is mashed.
Thats a little background for you which may help to explane my questions-
1- could i fit my t2/t25 hybrid turbotecnics to my prelude engine?- it can run 25 psi - however the 2.5 inch compressor wheel is tiny compaired to the t3/t4 turbos that seam to be the normal option, ok im sure its possible- but is it worth it??
secondly i was very interested in mounting the head off my h22 to a h23 bottom end- but is that a good idea if im running a turbo??
Any help would be hugely appreciated!!!!!
Thanks!

If you are gonna do a frankenstein boost motor, go with the F22 botom end for its iron sleeves.

IMO, anything over 5-7psi on stock internals is asking for problems (boom!). If you do go turbo, I would stick with either a complete H23 or the F22 bottom end, what MadCityLude said.

The Frankenstein builds (h22 head on h23 block, etc.) are toward the bottom of the Prelude FAQ page - posted at top of main Prelude page.

great!- just had a look on the search- sounds like the f23 is what im after- what about oil injectors? on a h23 i know you need to fit the oil injectors to cool/lube the bottom end because the h23 isnt designed to rev high- do you still need this on the f23? and can it be fitted??- iron bottom end is awsome!!!! heavy but awsome!
