In other words, which is the best for boosting? I imagine that the GSR B18C1 is best due to parts available? Or should I go the H or K route? Could you kill an LS1 in the 1/4 with out forced induction with say a 220hp K20A2? What is good here? Any vids?

 

well wha does an LS1 run in the 1/4?

 

bench racing FTL. the LS1 owns you in so many aspects, like, being RWD is one, more bottom end torque is another. the LS1 seems to be quite the motor. i dont think you should ever build your car to beat something specific like that. just build it and have fun.

 

but if somehow u manage to do it. please let me know. cuz taht is sum gangsta shyt. haha

Or turbo a b16 and run 35 psi. Once you blow it rebuild it and do it again.

 

You can build any motor to beat a ls1.

just build any engine that u kan afford, maybe a ls vtec, on boost and u should be about to beat them, i have a stock b20b on boost with an SI tranny and i murder them left and right, just make sure when u build it, that its done right and that its tuned right

 

My brother and I in my brothers h22a hatch hung with a newer Camero SS that was slightly modified. BONE stock jdm h22a with a ebay special intake(made for a acura legend) and s2000 exhaust.
