I have Hawk HP+. Tthe first time you step on the brake when they're cold, you'll be surprised how little stopping power you have, but once they're warmed up, they stop really well. Brake dust is about 5x greater than OEM pads.

I'm running the Hawk HPS pads... they stop pretty well IMO.. better than stock.. I'd buy them again next time around.. but I might try the Axxis Ultimates... I also put in Brembo blanks and Valvoline Synpower brake fluid.. and I'm pretty happy w/ how the braking is... I wash my car weekly so dusting isn't that much of a factor but they do dust...

they're great. i have the HPS which fits my criteria of street drivering. if you're looking to auto-x, then u might want to get HP+. from what i heard they are not rotor friendly. hawk pads to dust like a mother, but its a good trade off from the stopping power they offer. i got mine for around $50ish think. its been awhile.
