LSD in Canadian Civics

Does anyone know if the 5thgen Civics came with LSD that originated from Canada?

aren't they the same as the U.S.? what models? and why?

Thanks. I recently picked up a 92 Civic Si that was built in Canada. The last auto cross race I noticed no inside wheel spin on hard corning and that was using OEM tires. I can't imagine OEM tires having that kind of grip.
