Default horsepower ??????

if u dyno a car at 190 whp what is the BHP? What is the ratio of bhp to whp?

i use 15% to convert from whp to hp at the crank

I've always heard that the rule of thumb is you lose 20-25% of your hp throughout the drivetrain...

roughly 220 maybe a little lower.

i've use 15-17% loss on FWD 20-25% RWD 30-35% AWD

That's true for most FWD front engine 4 cyl cars.

Doesn't hold true for RWD Rear engine cars and such like the NSX.

Umm..
BHP stands for "Brake Horse Power" - same as "Wheel Horse Power" - both measured on Dynos. Neither has to do with the crank.

Regular "HP" ("Horse Power") is at the crank, as the engine would put out on an engine stand, without a gear box, drivetrain, chassis, etc.
