Changing Power Steering Pump
I have an h22, and my powersteering pump cracked. Bought another PS pump, but can't find it anywhere on here to replace it. Is it hardto change? Is it plug and play? how long should it take? better to take it to a mechanic? any info would help. TIA
yeah not a tough job, just make sure to bleed all the air out of the system when youre done as follows, jack the car up just enough to get the wheels off the ground and start the motor, then turn the steering wheel from lock to lock slowly a few times, then jerk it a bit, all youe trying to do is free air bubbles from the lines and inside the pump, just make sure to keep the ps reservoir full
dude you dont need to be working on a car if you cant figure out what belt you need to take off in order to change the power steering pump
why dont you pop your hood and figure this out yourself, or better yet, buy a repair manual for an h22 prelude and use that.....
my gosh the rookies these days.....
