My sunroof wont open.... It will move back about a quarter of an inch right where its gonna lift and then stops. You can still hear the motor but it wont come up. Then you push the close side of the button and it seals tight. I just bought the car from the original owner and she said that she hardly ever touched the sunroof. So I figure its just stuck but I dont know what to try that wont hurt anything. I tried to push up on the back alittle while running the switch, but that didnt work.......Any ideas??????????????.......Thanx

 

there should be a access plug on the headliner towards the rear where the motor is. Try manually opening and closing the sunroof. The special wrench should be with your jack tools. If you can manually open and close the sunroof there might be something in the track. Remove the headliner from the car and remove the 10mm bolts holding the sunroof assembly, but remove the sunroof first.
