who makes digital tachs?
stack does..no offense but i doubt u or anyone else could afford to pop out 1200 bucks at the least for a digi tach

Don't you mean a simpe, tachometer that reads in digital numbers like -6500, instead of the usual analog dial style? If so, I have a used one for sale, it even has a peak hold feature...I don't know who makes it, but if you want it I'll sell it to you VERY cheap.
get an apexi vafc like said above.. its accurate as hell and you can make it so its easy to read when you are using the vafc in 1 channel mode.. my stock tach and old monster tach were off all the time compared to this..
