can i use an integra wiring harness for the mpfi on my 1990 dx hatch?
hey guys i searched this and came up with nothing.. i wanna know if i can use the wiring harness from a 1990 integra for the multiport.. i have the entire car i can rob wiring from.. if yes, what parts do i need to replace, and if no why not?
help guys.. im almost finished building the tranny.. she;s just about ready to go :D

Just convert your current harness, it is the easiest way. you can use some off the plugs and the TPS from the integra.
Or you can contact Rywire. They have the conversion harness.

^Yeah, you cant just plug the integra harness into your car..But you can use wires, plugs, resistor box,and other miscellaneous things from it to convert your harness into mpfi.
k see here's the plan guys.. i have a complete integra (90) that i have for parts.. the b-series is going in, have the linkages , intake, mounts and axles.. so what part of the harness can i plug in.. im guessing i need from the ecu, out to the engine bay correct? or can i just get away with using the engine harness?.. if i can, i want to keep from doing the mpfi conversion on my dx harness. i'd rather keep it strictly to the teg harness.
thanks for the info..

just useall the stock harness pieces. deff have the integra harness. engine only laying around to grab the appropriate plugs etc. from
all you have to do is find a good writeup and what i did is use both wiring diagrams from multi and dp to check that the actions were correct.
ill post up some links that i found helpful

you're making it harder on yourself...the mpfi conversion is only adding and swapping around a couple wires,,,,look here http://fourthgenhatch.net/mpfi.html
