My vis cf hood has some dull spots what to use to bring back the shine?

Mine was the same, was dull and had whitish spots appearing on it. I sanded it with 2000grade wet/dry paper and then used G3 compound (with mechanical buffer and proper compounding head) and once i had it all done, polished it with autoglym super resin polish. It went from this>>>>



to this >>>

 

3m rubbing compound followed by 3m glaze compound

4. 3m restorer
5.3m wax
