do you take layaway
</TD></TR></TABLE>
im open to layaway's with a binding written contract.
75% non refundable deposit ($525) (this is for pick up. shipping charges will be added)
remainding 25% ($175) must be paid in full within 90 days.
upon recieving first 50% deposit, buyer also agrees to include other car parts that are worth $300 on resale. no parts no deal. once second 25% deposit is paid, all parts given to me are then returned in the same condition as recieved. if for some reason second deposit is NOT paid in full within the 90 day period. you automatically give up any parts you have given to me, plus 10% interest will accruel on the unpaid balance, along with any costs involved in retrieving the remaining balance. if there is any confusion, misunderstanding or if buyer refuses to finalize last deposit both buyer and seller agree to settle dispute through mediation, or arbritration.
with all my sales, i fully explain each detail so you wont be signing your life away, you will actually understand what your signing for a change.
is someone is serious i will negociate.
