Default HELP! Fuel Pres Does not hold - Vid inside

So I finally took a vid of my fuel pressure problem.

-Walbro 190 installed about 6 mon before problem started.
-Only shows fuel pressure when pump is on, does not hold w/ engine off
-Car takes FOREVER to crank - likely due to having the pump re-fill the lines
-Regulator was swapped out for a test one and problem remained.
-INjectors are from 1992, but show no other signs of leaking (rich idle or poor fuel economy)
-NO other signs of fuel leaking in engine bay area

I hope its a faulty check valve inside the fuel pump. I dont think fuel is leaking at the tank lines because after a long idle it would spray on the ground. Here is a video... Thanks for looking and any help!!

This is a clip of Key to "ON" priming the fuel pump. You can see how it drops off immediately.

could be the fuel pump...did you run it low on fuel allot? if so the pump might of overheated.

the fuel relay is fine... it's job is to turn "on" the fuel pump which it does.. .the problem is the lack of pressure when the pump is off.

Even if the pump was going bad from overheating or whatever, the check valve would still hold any amount of pressure, which is why i think it is bad.

Does anyone else know much about the check valves? I'm still interested in any ideas concerning the fuel injectors - if they could be stuck open (at certain times?) but not show symptoms or CELs.

Thanks

are you running a walbro? stock? I'm told by non-honda car guys that its part of the fuel pump these days. I will call Walbro monday morning to see if this is common or not (even if its not coverd warranty)

Man i think you have pretty much figured your own problem out. Try getting a stock fuel pump from the local junk yard. Run the test again and see if the problem presists.

check your pressure regulator too, i see people talkin about return lines or check valves, if your aftermarket regulator is turned up too high or clogged open this will happen. let me kno how it goes

bringing this back from the dead.

I want to get the car tuned soon but I dont want to do it if there is an INJECTOR problem. Given the symtoms I described, does anyone think this is an injector problem???

Still open to other ideas. thnx

i seriously doubt this in an injector problem, being that on key on 2 second pulse the injectors do not fire.

look into the fuel tank/pump
