HI! I bought 88 civc DX(non-running) about a month ago as a second car becaust I don't want to put too much miles on my g35. I towed it to a friend's house to get it fix, but I ran into a few troubles.

Here is what I've done to the car:
-New sparks plug wires
-New timing Belt
-New water pump
-New a/c belt
-New Alternator belt
-New valve cover gasket
-New timing belt cover
-New sparks plugs

When I opened up the engine, it was all mess up, and I guess previous owner didn't have any kind of knowledge on doing maintenance. Timing belt cover is chewed up and wasn't even on right.

My friend and I replaced everything listed above and the engine wont turn over, but it doest crank. I read troubleshooting tips online and most of them tested it out okay.

I know it gets fuel because I can smell rich fuel smell through exhaust, and Fuel pump does whine up whenever I put the key on "ON" position. I took ignition coil and ignitor to autozone to test it out and it came out good. Ecu checked good with no codes. Main relay clicks on then when check engine light goes out it clicks again. The car has useless aftermarket alarm system which isn't even working, and battery is weak. we need battery cable whenever we try to fire up the car. My friend and I did sparks test by pulling one of the spark plug and set it to the frame of the car and NO SPARks. I am running out of ideas...... I need expert advise guys!!!

Check the basic
Rotor/cap/coil.
Especailly the firing order...
