Default update on my problem with non-starting car

ok here's the deal, my car has spark and fuel. no codes. I drove it yesterday for about 5 miles after doing a swap (changed timing belt and water pump and clutch) and it died on me, it won't start back up.

ok here's the deal, today I took the valve cover off and took the timing belt cover off. the side of the timing belt closest to the front of the car is extremely loose, i mean extremely loose, the other side is pretty tight. I don't know what to do from here. could someone please tell me what to do from here. IF it did skip a tooh, which looks like that's going to be the problem, what am i going to have to do??? Thanks a lot guys.

Reinstall the timing belt.

Then do a leakdown test.
