can anyone help me with this problem..when i turn on my low beams everything works great but when i turn on my high beams only one lites up...and don't think the bulb is blown becuase they are new h3 bulbs i put in.

 

Swap the bulbs and double check that the bulbs are good. If good, check the headlight plug to make sure none of the wires are loose.

 

check the high beam fuse for that light.
