gsr motor in a civic need help

i have a gsr and my valves are ticking, so i need to go and get a valve adjustment... if i got adjustable cam gears would i be able to move my cams around to make my valves stop ticking or is it absolutely necessary for me to go to a shop and get my valves adjusted???

feeler gauge and a service manual... save yourself some cash

i invested in a ratchet/socket set that has a hole in the center to make the job easier. it was like 25$ at sears! Definately made the job easier!! It's not hard to do, just time consuming. gl...

cam gears will not solve this issue...
