Default Manually Tunin the Vafc by yourself Vafc people please help

Alright guyz, my question is I got a vafc and I guess I wana *** around with it cuz I think that my tuner suck. I didn't feel the power. So I was wonderin when your tunin the vafc adjustin the fuel in and out of wide throttle and narrow throttle and vtec cross over point how do you know what to really set it to???? I don't have a a/f gauge so I don't know if i'm runnin lean or rich. What I want to do is try to rich up fuel and lean out some also but I just don't know how much to take in or out manually w/o lookin at a a/f guage to guide me. Also what % throttle is it suppose to be? Right now its currently on 10/50 and my wide throttle lvt 65/-4 hvt 90/-5 and as for my narrow throttle lvt 10/0 40/0 my vtec crossover is L-H 5000 and H-L 4900. Thanks for all the responses.
So to summarize my setup:
Wide throttle
LvT 65/-4 I think its at 6500rpm it lean out -4% fuel?? Is that how u read it?
HvT 90/-5

Narrow throttle
LvT 10/0
HvT 40/0

Vtec
L-H 5000
H-L 4900

Throttle point
Lo 10%
Hi 50%

and Sensor 6in 6out

Thanks for all the great help.

Take it to the dyno...that's the only way to do it properly.

Exactly - I wouldn't touch the settings unless the car was on a dyno.
