a good intake manifold, bigger throttlebody, new cams, bigger injectors.

<-- 220whp B18c1

if it doesn't take you there it'll be a nice boost in power from stock. or, you could also boost the motor and make well over 200whp. just depends on whether you wanna keep it N/A or go F/I, both will probably cost you about the same

Alot of money. You are going need some headwork, cams, header, intake manifold, proper tuning, etc...

Well i can tell you that i wouldn't be boosting with a 92 gsr motor, i would rebuild it regardless cause i can imagine it should have 6 digit numbers on the miles...I'll say go N/A as a excuse of rebuilding your motor...

If the motor was well taken care of and not beaten on, 100,000 miles or a little more is fine for boost.

its going to cost alot of money to build a 200whp NA b17

your best option is boost if youre on a budget

or you can get a 1.8l bottom end, build it and build your b17 head and keep it NA

Boost would be a cheaper way to pay for big numbers on the dyno..=p

yup..my buddy has a 202whp 1.85l motor (its a 85mm b16 block w/ the b17 crank and a custom rod/piston setup)...

he wont even tell me the total cost of his motor (cams, headwork, rmf header)...

so a NA 200whp b17 wont be cheap
