68,000 Km GS-R.. OK?
is a 98 GS-R w/ 68,000 Km (~42,000 mile) that is supposedly non-abused still considered "new?" i guess what i am trying to say is, if the car wasnt abused will it still perform like a GS-R with approx. 40,000Km? i can get one with around 40,000 km but it will cost way more, so i want to get the 68,000 Km one and save some cash for mods, but i still want the car to be OK. so help me out.. thanks for putting up with my ****. lol.

68k is nothing on a gsr motor...just as long as the oil was changed every 3k and all maintenance was done right. My 94 GSR has 140k...and it still runs as strong as my friends 00 GSR with 30k.
I just bought a 99 GSR with 48 k km. It drives like a new car. But right now I don't have funds for any mods, thats what happens when you buy a car with low clicks!

ok i just found out the guy had a minor collision which crushed the drivers side door in. he had it replaced and it looks real nice. he's asking approx. $18000 (CDN) and the Km's are closer to 70000 now. what do u think? should i just wait and be patient?

if the price is right....then go for it...just make sure that the door still lines up, the paint matches, and it has a clean title. good luck
