Picture doesn't work, but it's an easy question to answer anyway.
Stock "sleeves" are not individual sleeves at all. All four cylinders are fused together as one piece. Aftermarket sleeves, however, are individual per cylinder. If you want to know whether or not you have aftermarket sleeves, just look (closely) where any two cylinder walls touch - if you can see a line down the middle where they touch, you have aftermarkets.
Make sense? Stock sleeves = one piece. Aftermarkets = 4 pieces.
