Default what is a good oil for a turbo setup?

what is a good oil for a turbo setup, i am runing a d16y7 with low miles and ruing a t25 with 10psi. i was told synthetic oil was good. but then some say for hondas its thin. does anyone have a boosted honda ruinng synthetic? like a 5w-30? or so please let me know. im trying to add the oil to the motor asap. thanks in advanced .

i used synthetic and it ate it up pretty quickly. so i switched to regular old valvoline and it went away. thats just my 2 cents

so you were running synthetic, and went back to crude oil?!?

isnt that something that could be problematic, or am I just regurgitating a myth??
