i just wanted to know if it is a good idea to run a little more oil while running a turbo. I know that i don't have to add an extra quart but wouldn't adding a half a quart or something like that be a good idea. what do you guys do???

In my ls i just put in 4.5 quarts and I'm coo.

I hear it is very bad to put too much oil. Something about blowing your
engine oil seals.

that is true. excessive amounts of oil will blow your turbo's oil seal.

Worst thing is to put TOO much oil in...If anything, run slightly less oil.

Run enough oil so that the motor is full, no more =P
