ok i bought a d16z6 vtec head. the solenoid came dissassembled. i have the solenoid, some pin like object with a spring in one side, then i have a round disc with a hole through it that is off center.... how do i put this solenoid together? thanks

edit: also i am new to hondas, and this is my first mini-me swap is anything supposed to go from the solenoid into the head? or is it all ran by oil
