Default Budget of $3,500 for an LS. Stay N/A or supercharge?

I recently purchased an integra ls and would like to use it as a dd and autox once in awhile. So I have a budget of $3,500 to work with for the engine. Do you guys think I can get more power with a JRSC with bolt-ons, or should I do a straight all motor build?

well if ur looking for cheap power. nitrous. and superchargers are dumb and expensive. TURBO is the way to go. and you wont spend no where near 3500 expect to spend 2-3k on that.

turbo/supercharge it with lower boost level. Then spend the rest of the money upgrading peripherals ( oil cooler, radiator)

should have bought another car,

1st thing i would do is get a itr tranny, its night and day, dont bother building a n/a ls, its too expensive, go boost, but i'd recommend to get a itr tranny and spend the rest on a quality suspension then learn how to drive.

b16 tranny + good suspension + sticky tires would be an amazing difference for an autox machine.
However, I disagree with not building an n/a ls. I actually enjoy it. Granted it wont be nearly as "fast" as a boosted car, but there is something to be said for (even if you just throw pistons/cams in) in the middle of an autox no matter where you are in the rev band if you need power you have it
