I was thinking about buying some cross drilled and slotted rotors for my 93 civic hb. But before i do so i was wondering if the rotors for the usdm civics is the same as the jdm civics, because i plan on doing the 4 lug jdm conversion, and dont want to have to buy all new front drilled and slotted rotors.

You already have 4x100 lug pattern on your civic... If you want the "JDM conversion", you would be referring to a 5 lug conversion. 5x114.3.

Time to get new shoes...

 

no im not reffering to the 5 lug, the jdm four lug is 4 x 114 and are disc brake all the way around.

you just answered your own question. the USDM is 4x100 and the JDM is 4x114. different lug patterns.

 

first off the jdm civic use a 4x100 lug pattern and are the same as the usdm ex rotors. if you want the 4x114 setup, you will have to of coarse do a conversion, but the rotors you will use will be that of the prelude, i believe. go to the FAQ at the top of the forum page, there is chart that should help you.

 

the 4x114 come off of the early ITR's don't they?

Since normal tegs are 4x100.

Either way from 4x100 to 4x114 means new rotors and wheels.
