vx rear wheels allowed for NHRA street stock?

vx rear wheels allowed for NHRA street stock?
just like the title says, heard a couple yes' and no's, just want to try and clarify, we have never ran this class before...

I ran them in NHRA Street Stock last year at Pomona..
I assumed they were legal from what I read in the rule book... I think they are referring to Spares, and possibly Non-DOT wheels like Bogart Drag Skinnies..
Maybe somebody from NHRA can enlighten us..
