if you were told its a GSR then its probably just a GSR valve cover painted red.

If it just says B18C and not B18C1, then it's a JDM GSR engine. The USDM GSR engine code is B18C1.

You're saying you have the B18C, eh?

could just be a type r valve cover on your GSR head. as for the ebay stuff..what company is the product made by? its probably crap and revving your motor w/o other mods to 11k will surely blow it up. as for your turbo question. go spend a few days of reading in the Forced Induction Forum.

you are wondering if it's the b18c SIR-G or the b18c ITR motor. look at the top left of the head in between and to the left of the distributor and vtec solenoid. if it is the SIR-G it will say p72, if it is the ITR it will say p73

The ITR heads are stamped PR3. Not P73. Its is the same casting as the b16.

Do NOT buy any Ebay "kits".

Post the link to that valvetrain kit you saw on ebay. If it's from a reputable company it could be ok.
