DPFI-MPFI b16 conversion gone to hell...

ok so i made did my conversion and hook everything up in the car like im supposed too (to the best of my knowledge following the hybrid honda web page). now when i turn the key to the on position the main relay goes crazy with fast clicking and the light pr3 ecu (which i know is good) stays on. same thing happened when i tried to plug in the old dpfi ecu just to see.
has anyone ever expirienced this? or anything like it doing this conversion
all my wires were soldered and heat shrinked i know theres no possibility any are touching.

meh just figured it out.. called rywire to see what he would charge to check out my harness and he told me to check grounds first.. sure enough forgot the ground that connects by the thermostat from the harness. Big thanks to Rywire!
