O2 problems cant pass emissions

O2 problems cant pass emissions
1995 Honda Civic hatch back DX
- Recent motor swap to a D15 V-TECH JDM
-Changed ECU from a P06 to a P07 - the P06 made the car studder and it failed emissions twice
- P07 threw code 20 (ELD electronic load detector) and 41 (oxygen sensor heater)
- Replaced O2 sensor both codes (20 and 41) still come up.
- Running factory wiring harness
Not sure if I need 5 pin O2 sensor, if so how would I run the wires to a P07??
