trans lube?

trans lube?

I guess whoever had my car before me messed up and grinded a gear. Now every time I take the ep3 above 6k it grinds going into 3rd. Is there any additive that can maybe help with a smoother shift?

I know there are tons on the market, but I just wanted to see if anyone has experience with somthing that really works.
