noob....reseting radio code
Yeah, so installed a ground kit and need to know how to reset my radio code because all it says is "CODE" when I turn it on, where could I get this done or find the codes?
I had the same problem when I reset my ECU the week after I had bought the car. You will need the 5 digit code that allows you access to the radio, I found mine written in the owner's manual. Once you find the code, you will have to put the number in as soon as you turn the key to the On position, once you set the code you will have access to the radio.
Mine was written in the front, under the zipcode section - I suppose they wrote it there to trick thieves into thinking it was a real U.S. zipcode.
