Default Is it true...?

I heard somewhere that TODA bases all their products off of the B16b. Is this true? Has anyone else heard this before? Just trying to decide on a header for my B16b and wanted to verifythat information. Now Mugen makes a header for the B16b costs a bit more...think its worth it? Or should i just say screw it and go like smsp or something along those lines? Any good info is appreciated!
