need help with smogging
i have been searching and searching to get answers why my car does not pass smog. a few say its my catalytic converter, and couple say my o2 sensor, others are sayin could be my Map Sensor. so i change the Cat, o2 sensor, and the Map sensor, or course i have to buy the whole throttle body. and i still failed smog.
my car is a 1991 Acura Integra 282xxx Miles, the motor is 1995 Acura Integra LS wit 71xxx miles on it. everything is stock, the manifold is Odb1 with the motor as well. the wiring has been extended so it can reach the Map Sensor.
any suggestion? i really need help on this one.

What emissions are you failing? Do you have a chipped ECU? Are you sure you have all your wires hooked up right to the MAP sensor? Normally Hondas & Acuras don't have much for smog, it's true if you had replaced O2 sensor and Cat your car should pass no problem. Check all you connections, O2 sensor and MAP.

everything is stock, i dont know about the wiring it looks like its been extended to reach to the map sensor, normally the map sensor is located on the firewall on the 90-93 integra, my map sensor is on the throttle body.
Definitely incomplete combustion going on. With those numbers, I would expect that you are having drivability problems: low power, poor idle, misfires... are you? How are your ignition components -cap, rotor, dist, wires, plugs? What's your ignition timing set at? Make sure your cam timing is on too.
Damn!! Gross Polluter is pretty much ah, I don't know unless I see your car in person. You mentioned something about your map sensor, I have a feeling that your Map sensor is not functiong right. You have a 91' Integra with a 95' Ls motor, is this right? The Map sensor on the 91' Integra is mounted on the firewall. The 95' Ls is mounted on the Throttle Body. What wire harness are you using? Is your old Map sensor still hooked up? Check the vacuum lines and see if there hooked up right?

i bought it used from a previous owner and dissppear, the old map sensor on the 1991 Acura Integra LS was replace with a the 1995 Acura Integra LS. so the map sensor on the firewall is not there. the map sensor is sittin on the throttle body and im using a ODB 0 wiring harness. and i have an extra throttle body wit the map sensor located on there wit da TPS but that one is shot.
