d15 problems
If any one can help me please do i just got my car back from my mechanic where i swap my d15 because i blow it with another d15 while at it i sent the head 2 get port & polished. but the problem is that the smokes at idle and when im at high rpm and when i chirp second gear it smokes only when i go fast and after a while my engine oil light turns on and off. when turning and braking hard. i turn the car off and check the dipstick there's no oil but when the car is on i check the dipstick there's oil can someone help. please
Your car is burning oil, and you burnt all the oil away to the point where your oil light is coming on.
In other words, you just fucked the new engine up too. Now, put some oil in.
Don't check the oil when it's running. Oil needs to be checked when it's off.

The head can be new, and you can still burn 3 liters a day.
Your rings/headgasket must be shot or not installed right. Replace the block either way, you drove it hard without oil.

I'm confused, your post list's 2 d15's. Do you have a d15 and a d16, or two d15's?
In either case, if I am understanding it correctly, you had the head rebuilt but you didn't do anything to the block. If that is correct, you probably snapped one or more set of ring's, under the additional pressure of the new head and you burned all of your oil out, so you ran the engine without oil. Bad!!!!
In any case, although it doesn't do it any favor's, your head is probably still fine, but you are going to need to put in a whole new bottom end, with crank and the whole work's. For the cost, you might be better off getting a used JDM engine and replace the whole thing.
