D2 Coilovers?
I'm thinking of buying some D2 coilovers for my 00' S2K. I was wondering if anyone has tried them or knows of anyone who has them installed on there S2K. Or if anyone has heard or read any reviews about them. Just curious.

From what I've read awhile back, only 2 of the 36 dampening settings are functional. Not sure if this is a fact.
If you want something cheap (although almost everything for our cars are expensive) you can go with a ground control coilovers with koni yellow shocks. There is a group buy on s2ki right now. My friend has this set up on his rsx and he loves it!

They're stiffly sprung, yeah...like all coilovers.
And also like all coilovers, you can buy standard 2.5" ID springs and soften the ride if you want.
For the price, they're good. I paid $600 + shipping for mine. My buddy paid $1200 for his JDM-tyte knockoff coilovers and they ride almost identically. The dampers are cheap, and can't handle high-rates springs well. But on the suggested rates, they ride like all the other cheap coilovers. Stiff, and slightly underdamped. But anyways, you're not going to find something that significantly better until you opt for the $1500+ options like the Bilstein PSS9's, APEX'i N1 Evolutions, Tein RA's, etc.
