Default help my vtec won't engage but drives fine

hi i currently have a b16 in my dc2 but for some reason my ecu is throwing these codes. the car drives fine, just no vtec engagement! it used to engage vtec untill i floored it one day and it threw a code. someone told me i should check my oil or oil pressure. but how do you check the pressure?

3 MAP - manifold absolute pressure sensor
20 Electrical load detector
22 VTEC pressure valve
41 Primary oxygen sensor heater

those are the codes it throws

CLEAR CODES AND THEN DRIVE TO SEE WHAT CODE COMES BACK. VTEC PRESSURE SWITCH CODE COMES BACK CHECK OIL PRESSURE AND THE WIRING TO THE PRESSURE SWITCH.
